Hello - I'm Alison.
You're go-to guide for navigating midlife.
I work with women in their 40s and 50s who feel like they’ve “tried everything” — only to be left frustrated, inflamed, and feeling like a stranger in their own body.
But here’s the truth:
→ It’s not your fault.
→ You’re not broken.
→ You can love how you feel again
I take a root-cause, whole-body approach to help you shift from stuck to thriving.
Together, we re-balance hormones, optimize metabolism, and build sustainable habits — so you can feel strong, energized, and at home in your body again.

MY STORY
I never imagined my career as a business analyst would prepare me to help women transform their health.
But when I discovered the healing power of food, I left the corporate world to study nutrition and functional medicine.
Looking back, it’s clear that this path wasn’t just about my education—it set the foundation for me to heal myself and, ultimately, guide others.
At 42, with two young children, my life changed with a diagnosis no one wants to hear: cervical cancer.
The treatment saved my life but left me facing crippling side effects, from a damaged gut to rock-bottom hormones and autoimmune disease. My body felt fragile and broken.
Thankfully, my knowledge of functional medicine empowered me to rebuild my health, step by step.
Today, I feel better than I did in my twenties, and my mission is to help other women feel great. Strong. Energized. Resilient. Healthy. Happy.
I understand the challenges you face—because I’ve lived them.
If you’re ready for more than "fine", if you’re determined to thrive, I’m here to guide you. Let’s rebuild your health together.
"One day you will tell your story of how you overcame what you went through and it will be someone else's survival guide"
- Brene Brown
Even though my story is about me, it’s not for me… it’s for you to provide hope, guidance, empowerment, and inspiration.

What is Functional Medicine?
Functional medicine is a patient-centered approach to healthcare that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness rather than just managing symptoms.
It recognizes the body is an interconnected system and works to uncover the imbalances or dysfunctions that may be driving health issues.
Where conventional medicine treats disease (sick care),
functional medicine empowers you to build health (health care).
